A collection of playful mugs, Whimsical takes me back to the days of my childhood when we played and scribbled with chalk on any surface we could find.

This handcrafted collection of mugs takes inspiration from this playfulness and the design and pattern on the outer surface has been created with completely handmade + studiomade ceramic chalk.

 

The inner surface of the mug is glazed in a satin matt glaze and the outer surface retains the natural matt texture of the clay.

 

The mugs are about 220 ml in capacity. I use them not only for hot beverages but cold as well. I use them to set desserts, yoghurt or serve a dip. And of course they are microwave and dishwasher safe.
