The Blue Bust – art object

Inspired by the art of Indian miniatures, this blue bust is the essence of my work in ceramics. Simplified emphatic forms, with textured, ethereal, earthy colours and intricate detailing.

This is a form that I have worked on for several years and gradually simplified over the years.
